Ask me about technical food laws.
I’m a Food Scientist by education but didn't like the bench-work ... so found myself applying those teachings in a technical food law capacity. First ~9-years were spent learning my profession in a UK-based food research / information service lab (Leatherhead Food RA), with the next 23-years in the flavor industry, of which 18-yrs have been spent Stateside (USA).
My exposure has been primarily in the EU and USA markets, with other international food arenas sprinkled in for good measure.
Having worked both in a technical food law capacity (trouble-shooting as needed) and at management level, I’ve come to love this industry dearly – good days and not so good!
With a proven record of senior-level management expertise and intimate knowledge of the food & flavor industries’ diversified businesses, operations, products and services, I continue my passion in ADM Nutrition (WFSI), which I joined in April 2016.
